Cancellation policy

Free cancellation is not possible.

For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, as well as in case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.

There is no entitlement to a refund in case of early departure.

Unless otherwise agreed, the total amount is payable in advance.

For bookings made through external platforms (e.g., Booking.com or Airbnb), the cancellation policies set there apply.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
